Shuttle bus

・The shuttle bus must be booked in advance. You cannot apply for a ticket on the day you will board the bus.
・You cannot bring your bicycle into the shuttle bus. Your bicycle will be transported by a truck.
・If you are boarding the shuttle bus, make sure to pack your bicycle yourself in the special cardboard box provided by the event organizer. You will need to take the front wheels of your bicycle off to be able to put it in the special cardboard box. Bring tools to make these adjustments, such as an Allen key to take the front wheels off and put them back on and adjust the saddle’s height.
・If your bicycle features disc brakes, make sure to bring a pad spacer to prevent the brake piston from sticking out when gripping the brake lever with the wheels taken off, as doing so will cause the brake pad to become stuck.
・You may be asked to be seated in a spare seat.
・The time the bus arrives at/departs from the stop may vary due to the traffic situation of the day.
・Even though we will pay utmost attention to transport your luggage safely when transporting your bicycle, please understand when applying that the event organizer, the travel agent and the courier company shall not be held liable for whatever damage may be caused to your luggage, your luggage going missing or getting stolen, or your bicycle getting wet due to high waves and strong winds.
・Even if you do not use the bicycle transport service, we will not refund part of your travel fees.
